Inventory of the kit

The kit comes a reasonably sturdy box. It is not overly well packed like DJH so I would not entrust it for worldwide shipment by Fedex. But having bought it rather lamely on a fair in person the box suffices. |
The set of etches was a bit bent here and there but nothing serious. Some parts have already been taken out for pre-forming. |

The rest of the loco was present in loose etched parts,separately packed in plastic bags and an old fashioned photo container full of goodies. |

| Smokebox wrapper and boiler are provided pre-bent. Personally I am not happy with the pre-bending as the smokebox wrapper will require more work to iron out the faults in the pre-bending than bending is from flat sheet. | |
